Drivers' unions in Delhi say only 5% of them have received Rs 5,000 as promised by the Kejriwal Govt and the rest of them are still waiting for the money after their applications were rejected due to lack of documents. The Delhi government had announced Rs 5,000 to the drivers of autos, taxis, rural services, e-rickshaws, etc during lockdown.
