RJD leader Manoj Jha on Tuesday dismissed party leader Shivanand Tiwari’s picnic remarks against Rahul Gandhi, terming it his “personal opinion” and “not the party’s stand”. He said the proper analysis will be done on our lack of cooperation and synergy behind the defeat of the Grand Alliance. “It's his personal opinion & not the party's stand. There's a proper time & place for any analysis which will be done to identify where did we lack in cooperation & synergy,” Manoj Jha said
