Even after more than 24 hours, infamous history-sheeter and the main accused in the killing of eight police personnel in UP’s Kanpur, Vikas Dubey, is still on the run. Many Police teams are raiding from Kanpur to Lucknow, but no clue has been found yet. The UP police have also announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for information leading to his arrest.
