Lockdown has been imposed in parts of China's capital Beijing after seven new COVID-19 cases were detected. The infections surfaced in six major wholesale and sea food markets. Mass testing at these sites is underway, with over 10,000 people at the Shinfadi market alone being screened, according to officials.
