Migrants Gather Outside Bandra Station In Hope Of Boarding Shramik Trains
Thousands of stranded migrant labourers flocked outside the Bandra Railway Station in Mumbai in the false hope of boarding a Bihar-bound ‘Shramik Special train’. Only 1,200 people who had registered earlier were allowed to board the train while the rest had been cleared by the police. This is the second time migrants gathered outside the station. In April, a fake WhatsApp news did rounds that special trains were being run to send them back home
