Even as the Ministry of Home Affairs issued new guidelines under Unlock 2.0, 19,000 new coronavirus cases were reported in the last 24 hours. There have been a few concessions and the night curfew has been set between 10 pm and 5 am. Schools, colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed till July 31, while the training institutes of the central and state government have been allowed to open from 15 July.
