Threat Of Grid Failure During Diya Lighting Blackout, Warns Minister
Referring to the PM's call for a 'diya lighting blackout' on Sunday, Maharashtra Energy Minister, Nitin Raut, warns that if all the lights are switched off or on at once it might lead to failure of the power grid which, if happens, would require up to a week's time to restore.
