Unesco Bridging The Information Divide
Access to information is key for citizens' rights and bridging the information divide is one of UNESCO's main areas. On Wednesday, the UN body is organising a special session in Delhi promoting the right to information, multilingualism in cyberspace and local content development. Sidharth Pandey reports
