Delhi: Record 131 COVID-19 Deaths In 24 Hours; 3 Found Positive During Random Testing On DND Flyway
In Delhi, a record 131 COVID-19 patients have died from the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours. Officials said that this is the highest ever death toll from Covid-19 in a single day. While 7,486 new cases were also reported. With this, Delhi’s caseload topped five lakh and the number of the dead reached 7,943. Covid-19’s recovery rate in the national capital is 89.98 percent, active patients 8.4 percent, and death rate 1.58 percent. The positivity rate is 12.03 percent.
