The Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021 has been passed in Parliament amidst uproar from Opposition MPs. Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury demanded a discussion on the Bill, and said that if the Bill was listed under "Consideration and Passing" then why shouldn't a discussion be held, adding that this amounted to flouting the rules nad laws of the House itself. "This is not just happening today," he said, "In 2014, there were 14 Bills and 6 laws that had been repealed but discussion had taken place". The Speaker was countering him saying that how can a discussion be conducted in such an environment. 

Speaker Om Birla kept repeating to the Opposition that if they want a discussion they have to go back t their seats and dislodge form the Well of the House.
