Oil companies have continued the surge in the prices of petrol and diesel for two consecutive weeks and on Saturday raised 51 paise on one litre petrol and 61 paise on one litre of diesel. After the increased prices, one litre petrol is being sold in Delhi for Rs 78.88, while the price of one littre diesel is Rs 77.67. So far in these 14 days, petrol has jumped by Rs 7.62 per litre and diesel by Rs 8.28 per litre
