Sibal Says Centre Sidelining Disaster Management Authority
Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Saturday urged the Centre to formulate a national plan to fight COVID-19, accusing the Centre of sidelining the National Disaster Management Authority, adding that the PM hasn't chaired a single meet since the COVID-19 outbreak. Ajay Jha reports
