Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday became the first global leader to voice his opinion on the ongoing farmers' protests in India. Backing Indian farmers in their protests against the three farm laws by the Central Government, he said “Canada will always be there to defend the rights of peaceful protesters, adding that the situation in the country is ‘concerning’.
