Priyanka Gandhi has kicked off the Congress' 'Pratigya Yatra' from Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh, while two more rallies have started off from two other locations in the state (Read here). Gandhi is the CM face of the party in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections, made a series of 7 poll promises, which included 40% tickets to women canditates, provision of free scooties and mobile phones for young women, reductions in electricity bill and loan waiver for farmers, among others.
