Centre's Lockdown Strategy Has Failed: Rahul Gandh
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has launched a scathing attack on the Modi government over its handling of the coronavirus crisis. Gandhi said that India is one of those countries in the world where COVID-19 cases are peaking exponentially. He said that the motive for the lockdown has failed.

Through video conferencing, Rahul Gandhi said that all four phases of the lockdown have failed and in such a situation, he wants to know the future strategy of the government. He said that the government claimed to give 10 percent of the GDP as an economic package, but in reality only one percent has been given.
Rahul Gandhi said that he is reiterating the warning he gave in February. If the necessary steps are still not taken, small industry businesses are not protected, then the country is going to suffer a huge economic loss.

He also said that the Central Government has been fearing that giving money to the workers will cause the country's rating to deteriorate, but India's power does not come from outside. "The power of India is within the country," Gandhi added.
