Day 45: Anti-CAA Protest At Shaheen Bagh

Protests and strikes against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR) are on the rise in various cities of the country.

Protests by women in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh have been going on for the last one-and-a-half months and Tuesday is the 45th day of protests there. Thousands of people participated in strikes and protests against the CAA, NRC and NPR in Shaheen Bagh on Monday too.

Meanwhile, students took out a march against the CAA and NRC from Sabarmati Dhaba to Chandrabhaga Hostel in the Jawaharlal Nehru University campus on Monday.

Protests and strikes against the CAA, NRC and NPR - on the lines of Shaheen Bagh - are being organised in Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow and several other cities across the country.
