Anti-Muslim Whatsapp Group Chat Of Rajashtan Hospi
In another shocking revelation of communal discrimination, a leaked WhatsApp chat details of the employees of a private hospital in Rajasthan has stirred controversy on social media platforms.

Dr. Sunil Chaudhary runs a hospital named Srichand Baradiya Disease Diagnostic Center in Rajasthan's Churu district. The staff of this hospital wrote many objectionable things on their Whatsapp group. One of them wrote, "I will not treat Muslim patients from tomorrow." Another message reads, "Stop seeing Muslim patients." There is a third message in this group, "If Hindus were positive and Muslims were doctors, then Hindus would have never got treatment, I will not see a Muslim patient in the OPD".

In the initial investigation of the Churu police, it is revealed that one of the messages was sent by, Bhagwati Chaudhary, wife of Dr. Sunil Chaudhary, the owner of the hospital but she denied the allegations.

After the screenshots went viral on social media, Dr. Sunil Chaudhary apologized on Facebook. He denied the allegations of discrimination against Muslim patients and also said that under the government scheme, 70% of the patients in his hospital were Muslims who were taken care of.

It is being said that this WhatsApp chat is two months old but has now gone viral when the coronavirus pandemic was linked to the Muslim community due to the Tablighi Jamaat congregation.

A similar case came from Kanpur in UP. Here some hateful statements of Dr. Aarti Lalchandani, Principal of Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College were incarcerated in the video. She had even said that the UP government should not spend on the treatment of people suffering from corona who are related to Tablighi Jamaat. After Dr. Lalchandani's video went viral, she first described the allegations as false but later apologized.

A glimpse of religious discrimination in a serious profession like medicine was also seen in the riots in South East Delhi. Then an NGO named Jan Swasthya Abhiyan had alleged that doctors treating people injured in the riots made statements on them. They were mocked that they were refusing to show paper for NRC, will they not show paper for treatment?
